Easy Fat Burning Exercies that Make A Difference Fast

If you are tired of spending a small fortune on workout DVD’s (I almost said video – that would tell on my age!!) but still want to try new routines – my new favorite weight loss friend is Netflix. Yep, you heard me Netflix. You may think that Netflix is just for sitting on the couch and adding the pounds on while you eat popcorn and watch some old chick flix – but you can also rent and watch instantly exercise videos. My current favorite is Pick Your Level Weight Loss Pilates.
Pick your Level Weight Loss Pilates is broken down into three sections – standing pilates, side lying pilates, and mat work. Each section is about ten minutes long. If I can – I do all three sections and not only can you feel it working right away, to me the results were visible within days, just a little extra definition in my abs here, a little more flexibility in my legs there, it was amazing. But since it is broken down into segments, on those days where I don’t have 30 minutes – or I don’t feel like 30 minutes, I can just do one section and still get great results.
I’ve even shut my door at work and using my iphone to access Netflix – done a quick 10 minute session of the standing pilates for a quick stress reliever and mini workout.
