How to Lose Weight Without Losing Your Breasts

I’ve never been a busty gal. As a matter of fact, until after I started having children and nursing them, “flat chested” would be a more accurate description. However, as much as I enjoyed having breasts when I was pregnant and nursing, eventually I would try to lose the baby weight. And without fail, the first thing I would lose would be my breasts.
In January of this year, due to a variety of stress factors, I topped the scales at 207 pounds. Which for my 5’2” frame was way too much. I made a firm decision that this year I would lose the weight. However, even though I was only a B cup (and a size 38) I didn’t want to lose what little my “girls” had going for them. So I researched for ways to lose weight without losing breast size.
All my research was pretty bleak, breasts are mostly fat, and since you can’t spot reduce you may as well kiss those babies good-bye. However, in a last ditch effort after I started to see my breasts begin to sag as I started losing weight, I decided to try all those “they never work anyway” breast enhancement products.
I’m a big fan of herbs and natural medicine, so I selected products that were mostly natural. I selected both a pill form (because the herbs have other beneficial qualities that I figured would come in handy) as well as a couple of different creams.
The results? Well, I’ve only lost 40 pounds as of July 2014 (out of the 80 in my goal for this year), but my bra size is (gasp) a 34D – yep – you heard me – a 34 D. I’ve lost 40 pounds and haven’t lost anything from my chest so far!
Sorry I didn’t take a before picture (I really didn’t think it would work). But here are my girls in a size 34D – and they look even better in a push up bra (this is just a lined one). And even braless, they don’t sag much (hey, I’m 44 and they’ve nursed 4 kids so you have to give them a little sag.)
I started out taking BustMaxx (what a name right?) But it was a little expensive for me to keep each month (about $30 a month on Amazon or Ebay or wherever I could find it.) It’s hard to find, and once I ran out, and I could tell a difference – as I lost weight, I was losing in my chest as well. So I switched to Breast Success (the one a day kind) and found them to be just as effective.
For a cream, I decided to go with the Puereria Mirifica cream. I chose Bella Cream Must Up (most of the label is in another language) but it had good reviews and also was mostly all natural. I also picked a CoQ lotion to help firm and tone, but I don’t use that as often (maybe I should use it more).
Anyway, my favorite source for the Bella Cream is AliExpress – I found it for about $5 a tube with free shipping, but I had to buy 5 to get that price.
Things to note – the Bella Cream will make your breasts feel like they are on fire from time to time. I just chalk that up to “hey it’s working” and live with it. I use it each morning and each night. I tried some herbal/acupuncture patches but didn’t notice much other than I smelled like I had been smoking something.
I still have 40 pounds left to lose and I am still keeping my routine of a herbal pill each day and the cream two times a day. My right breast is about a half a cup size smaller than my left, I don’t know if I want to try to do cream only on that side to even things out. I might try that after I’m done losing all my weight.
I’ve heard that hypnosis is good for evening your breasts out (who knew?) But don’t know if I’m ready for that investment of time and money just yet.
So if you are wanting to lose weight but don’t want to lose your breast size I highly recommend adding a herbal supplmenet and cream to your routine. If I had it to do over, I think I would start the supplement and cream about a month before I started my diet. It seemed to take about 30 days before things started kicking in and I could tell a difference. I’ll be sure to post again when I’m done losing my 40 pounds and let you know how things worked out. Hopefully it will be by the end of the year.
Here’s to your success!
