Losing Weight – Week One

Okay, so for my first official weigh-in at Weight Watchers® I weigh. . . 191.2.
So I lost one pound since last week’s “courtesy” weigh in.
The changes that I’ve made have been small – I switched from a 32 ounce Coke (full strength version) to a 12 ounce Coke each day. I eat flavored yogurt instead of candy or other snacks, and I walk for 15 minutes twice a day.
I didn’t track what I ate over the weekend – and I also didn’t exercise over the weekend, so I guess I should be happy with that 1 pound that is gone. Still, I wish my pants were a little looser!
Now that I have my first meeting behind me, I’m going to also sign up for Weight Watchers®.
e-tools. I purchased some Weight Watchers Smoothie drink mix – I will let you know how I like those – I’m a little picky about my smoothie mixes – we will see how this stacks up.
