Losing Weight – Week Three
Weekends seem to be the worst for me. I don’t exercise and I eat way too much – I don’t even bother tracking what I’m eating in my Weight Watchers journal because I know it’s too much. And yet despite all that my weigh in on Tuesday September 15 was – 189! I lost 1.2 pounds!
It just goes to show what exercising 5 times a week and watching what you eat most of the time can do.
However, I am still disappointed in myself for not doing better on weekends.
My favorite product of the week though is Weight Watchers Chocolate Caramel Mini Bars. Wow, I haven’t had a candy bar since I got some of these!
I mentioned a couple of weeks ago the Weight Watchers French Vanilla Smoothines and said I would let you know about how they taste. While I can’t really rave on them, they are fine – I mixed mine with water, ice and half a banana in a blender. It did fill me up, but I actually prefer the taste of the Isagenix French Vanilla shakes. However, Isagenix is a little more expensive (about $2 per shake as opposed to Weight Watchers $1 per shake).
I also picked up a set of Winsor Pilates DVD’s off of ebay – so I did actually do a little exercise at home this weekend. Unfortunately, I’m a creature of habit, and I fall into my bad habits too quickly, so I really don’t exercise at home as much as I need to.
