What Happened to Weeks 1,2, and 3?

Wow, I can’t believe that my baby will be 4 weeks old in just a few days. I don’t know if it’s my age, or the fact that I have three other children at home, but recovery this time has been tough. Of course I blame it on the magnesium sulfate they had me on for 24 hours for my slow progress, but I am just now starting to feel like I can do anything.
I have my exercise ball inflated, and I’m off to try a few things to see if I have enough energy to do anything remotely related to exercise. I have lost quite a bit of baby weight, but the sleep deprivation and the munchies have taken their toll, so it’s time to get serious. But all is well with me and baby, and so now it’s time to get back on track with the weight loss.
So don’t worry if it takes you longer than you had hoped to recover from delivery, just take your time and get started when you feel you are ready. I’m finally ready- so let’s go!!
