Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Day 2

First off, I love the idea of having the first day of your diet be a “cheat” day – very nice move – so at least I was able to stay on the Xtreme Fat Loss diet for the first day – sort of. Actually I didn’t eat a lot of the foods I wanted to eat simply because it was so hot here – like over 100 degrees and I just didn’t feel like eating. I did have some triscuits, but I completely skipped dinner, and I didn’t eat any ice cream or a candy bar or any of the fun stuff that I wanted to. But on the other hand, I didn’t exercise either, so I would say that I did stay on the diet plan for Day 1, but I did not stay on the Training Plan for Day 1.
Which brings us to Day 2 – which is a lot more difficult than Day 1 to be sure! I won’t disclose exactly what the plan is supposed to be (doesn’t seem fair for me to give away all of Joel Marion’s secrets) but so far I’ve been moderately successful. I did exercise, although not according to the plan, I walked for 1 1/2 miles – but hey – it was 80 something degrees out and there were 30 mph winds so I’m sure it was sort of a resistance workout as well. And another way I strayed from the plan is my supplements didn’t arrive. But all in all, I’d say I was in moderate compliance and I actually don’t feel drained or edgy or any of those other things that you would expect on a diet. I’m not allowed to weigh my self again or take measurements until Day 1 of round 2 so I don’t have any numbers. But at least I don’t feel like I’ve totally blown the diet yet.
